A UK support charity that allows people to call when they are feeling anxious, or having thoughts of suicide. They don't ask for names or contacts details and they will only listen if that's what's needed.

UK based charity that provides active, former and wounded service personnel with any support needs. Emotional, financial or welfare support.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a US charity that provide support for people struggling with suicidal thoughts or emotional distress. They are completely confidential and nation wide.

The British History podcast
This podcast series is an excellent review of British history, started in pre-Roman Britain and traveling through the gulfs of time to the present day. I always listen to episodes when doing DIY or exercise. A must for any historic geek.
